Plain-English summary: the service is free, you own the QR codes you create, we don't make any guarantees, please don't break the law with it.

1. The service

QR Code Easily ("we", "us") provides a free, browser-based QR code generator. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no payment is required.

2. Your content and ownership

The QR codes you generate are your own content. You may use them for any lawful purpose — personal, commercial, or otherwise — without attribution to us. You retain all rights to them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Encode malware, phishing links, or content that breaks the law in your jurisdiction
Harass, defraud, or impersonate others
Abuse the site (e.g., automated scraping, denial of service)

Because everything runs in your browser, we have no way to inspect or moderate the QR codes you create. You are solely responsible for the content you encode and how you use the resulting QR codes.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The site will always be available
QR codes will scan on every device or in every condition
The service is fit for any particular purpose

Always test your QR code with a real phone before printing or distributing it widely.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost revenue, missed connections, misprinted QR codes, or wallet transactions.

6. Third-party content

The service uses third-party libraries and services (Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, esm.sh, Netlify). We are not responsible for the behavior of those services. Their respective privacy policies apply.

7. Advertising

We display advertising via Google AdSense to keep the service free. Ad content is selected by Google and may not always be relevant. We do not endorse advertised products.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Slovakia.
